Our Story

We are a Husband and Wife duo chasing our dreams and building a beautiful vacation rental home that is nestled in the hills of the Ozark Mountains. After we got married, we found a love for renovating. We bought our first home and began fixing it up. Shortly after our first son, Noah was born, we bought our next home and enjoyed re-designing it room by room. When our second son, Samuel was born we found a new hobby…Vacationing! We learned quickly that as a stay-at-home mom and a workaholic Dad that we needed to get away with our two small boys.

Our weekend getaways quickly turned into a LOVE for Big Cedar, the Ozark mountains, Table Rock Lake and all the fun that comes with visiting the Branson, Missouri area.

For a few years we dreamed of someday purchasing land and starting a small vacation rental business. After a lot of day dreaming, a real opportunity came our way. When our third son Charlie turned one, we purchased eight acres of land near Table Rock Lake, located minutes from Big Cedar Lodge. We hope that you will follow along as we work to design, build, and furnish our first farmhouse at the Cedarwood Farmstead.
